Home healthcare policies are usually not a great deal. They typically cost just a little bit less than a comprehensive/integrated policy. For an extra 10%, maybe 15% of premium, they can get a comprehensive policy from an A-rated insurer.

I do not know of any insurers, rated "A" by AM Best, that offer home healthcare only policies.
