Does anyone know of any Homeowner companies that are competitive and writing in Pinellas County, Florida?
Thank you in advance for the responses.
The four that come to mind in that county would be Tower Hill, Poeples Trust, Heritage, and Federated. None of which are appointing. Good Luck with everything.

Fearsback
I notice you post a lot about people's trust I was wondering if you can share some info they reached out to me and I would like to know a few things prior to making any commitments.
What I already know
-they conduct a inspection on every risk
-they do not require a 4 point
-they have no age restrictions
-they are open everywhere no distance to coast
-will write 125k-2mill
-are also a direct writer
-in the event of a claim they force you to use contractor designated by people's trust owned by the holding company
What I would like to know
-does the inspection results done by people's trust cause a lot of additional issues?
-how do they handle excluding items noted in the inspection conducted?
-do you notice a lot of cancellations?
-do they exclude water at all? Or after a specific year built?
- I heard through the grapevine they may exclude theft is that true?
-have you had any claims with them? If so how did they handle them?
All clarification would be greatly appreciated
anytime. We will have to get together one of these days. Are you still pushing Heritage?
Yes we definitely will. As for heritage I have been using them quite often very competitive.
I agree they are fairly competitve but I feel they have a great structure in place, from the people working there to the capital they have for a company of their age.[/QUOTE
Agreed. For a new carrier they are quite strong financially. They also have a good underwriting model in place.
