Does anyone use a Hosted IVR that they would recommend?
I had it in the past but company went out of biz a few years ago..
I'm looking for a system where consumer calls in, and the vmail system prompts the consumer with questions to answer....when the consumer completes call, I would receive a copy of the vmail as well as a transcribed file that we could import into database.
Any suggestions? Thanks.
