How Can I Be in the 10%?

Since 9 out of 10 people fail in this business. I take it that most people in this forum are in the 10%. What is the best advice you can give me to be in the 10% that makes it.

Find a good trainer/mentor.
Find a good lead source.
Work at least 50 hours/week (no exaggeration).
Stay off Facebook.
Stay off the forum
Don't fuss too much over making sure you're getting the highest contracts available, just focus on getting a good contract and great training.

I agree with everything but "stay off the forum". I found great advice on the forum. The door knocking survey has helped me get going and I wouldn't have done it without the forum. I would recommend reading a little everyday, maybe 10 or 20 minutes just to get the big picture. Find what works for you and do it.
