How to Buy a $5,000 Deferred Income Annuity

I am in Brooklyn,NY 47 yold. I am not an agent
I currently have $5,600 in ROTH IRA in a mutual fund and would like
to do ROTH IRA Roollover into Deferred Income Annuity inside Roth IRA


I was reading that there are annuities with $5,000 at least to open.


Is it anyone from Guardian can open this for me?
