I am doubtful that anyone with information that specific would be willing to share it. I have never worked a metro area anywhere near that large, but I prefer to stay out of the inner city for anything that needs to be paid for.

I would pay close attention to income filters.

I'm in San Antonio, so the demographic is probably not that different.

Go to poorer neighborhoods........avoid the middle class areas, pick a street and work it.
