I'm currently doing a school project, creating a business model / plan for creating a tech platform that offers health insurance.
I understand that a DLRP is needed per Line of Authority, which for my hypothetical company would be just health insurance, but can the DLRP be a "one-man show" and sell health insurance on his/her own? Or, does a brokerage need both a DLRP and a broker?
What else should I think about for setting up an independent health insurance brokerage?
