Lady called today, long time client, in her early 70's.

I wanted to thank you and (carrier name) for my NEW KNEES. The bill was $117 thousand and I didn't pay a dime. The policy worked exactly like you said it would. Plus I got to use a doctor in NY.

I tell all my friends about you.

It's better than the MA convo..

Hey,

I got this 6k bill. I can't afford that!

A few years ago I went on a T-65 appointment and the client told me he was interested in an MAPD. He also told me he wanted to get both knees replaced once he went on Medicare. Naturally, I advised him to get a Med Supp and needless to say he was a happy camper and has refereed many of his drinking buddies to me.

But what Medicaredid approve?

Looks like she fell in love with the man to be billed.

HMO's: Contributing to romance with $0 premiums, Part B buydowns, free Sildenafil on the formulary, gym membership, dental, vision, and hearing! (Results may vary.)

I'm going to tell my prospects an HMO could result in true love, like in As Good as it Gets. Oh, by the way, if you have to appeal, that's as good as it gets.

Would it be going too far if I suggested medsup enrollees might die alone?
