I Need Some Help Clarifying the New Commission Structure

I need help with understanding the new commission structure for the reform. I know that most carriers will now be giving 10%. Will there still be advances? or will this be as earned only? If there is advances, will it be for 6 months, 12? 8?

If you are direct, no advances through GR or HumanaOne.

GR will advance 6 months through select FMO's, also HumanaOne is working on an advance for select FMO's (6-9 month advance).

Most agents will be at 10% for GR and Humana unless you have decent production (if you're a closer, you can get 13-14% for GR/Humana). Cigna is 12/5, no advances of course.

Aetna is 4-10%. Most Florida agents will be at 4-6%.

Avmed is offering 18-20%, over priced---only good in a handful of counties.

Coventry1, no news yet.

BCBSFL, they haven't come out with a final comp schedule yet.

I do offer excellent contracts.

There I said it, sorry Frank for taking you're line!
