Ideal CRM for a solo agent: Life and health and some P&C

Hello,

I am a single agent working in my agency. I do it all from client interview, plan selection, enrolling and service.
Looking for a CRM that would help me schedule my work flow, make sure clients requests are taken care of in a timely manner. Ideally it would be a single contact system where clients can call/text/email their requests and CSR could address them.
Is there a CRM that could log phone calls and requests?
Please share your thoughts.
