Illustration Software Installation Error

I'm trying to get AGLA Illustration software installed on Windows 7,and I always get the same error,
today i tried different Illustration software from F&G Life and I got the same error!
I already talked to AGLA support team and they cannot figure it out also, does anybody knows how to get pass this? tried on several different computers some with Windows XP, still the same
