Immediate Annuity

Illustrated an immediate annuity w/ JNL and ONL with a 10 year payout for a 53F and these payouts are netting her approx 27K in interest over a 10 year period. Seems awful low, any ideas ? She wants approx 12K/year income stream for at least 7 years until another 7 yr cd/annuity reaches maturity

Call the companies or your marketer and have them walk you through an income ladder.

More asset control for the client. higher payouts to the client, and to the agent a higher commission.
