I'm located in central FL and I am a licensed insurance agent, realtor, and mortgage loan originator. I have yet to put my mortgage license to any use. I am researching mortgage brokers who are willing to pay me a referral fee or possibly take me on as a 1099 (either way works). I obviously don't want to be a w-2. Anyone have any ideas?
