I need SIMPLIFIED term ins for a 60yr old male, non smoker, controlled diabetes (oral meds) & controlled HBP for 10YRS... Nothing else an issue. 5'4"/145lbs.

He was rated up for RNA FU Term, so I've sold him on going simplified. Foresters will give him 50k 20yrs for like $86...but he prefers American Co (ironic cause he's Asian). He'd like to have 100k, but he can't afford more then this price... Originally it was only $65 with RNA, so pushing him to $80+ was hard!

Anyone got anything better & American? Most don't do term below 100k tho.

You could use AmAm. Technically they are Canadian now I suppose? They still say they are a Texas company. Non med to $200,000. Foresters is probably better priced?

Or you could use Americo.

Sell him Foresters and tell him they have a US office in NY. Their LifeFirst term isn't too bad for a simplified issue term, and you can do the phone interview and get imm. decisicion or you don't have to and they will MIB & scriptcheck after the app is received (they won't do PHI unless you do it at point of sale).

American National in Galveston also has a simplified issue term, but I've never used it.

It's really not simplified issue but express underwriting. The product is not a table 4 loaded standard product but thier regular standard they underwrite by the app, MIB etc and will rate the policy as opposed to declining and can even come back to full underwriting.

Shoot me your email and I will send you over a compulife spreadsheet.
