I am new on the individual health insurance. I don't know how to choose the best one with the best cost….. I'm thinking about short term policy ( 6 months) .
would you help me please in finding the best one match my needs.

I am , 29 years old guy, healthy , i don't smoke or drink. i don't use any medication in the last 3 years. single. 5.10 hight. 168 Lbs weight.
Im self employed. my income in between 2000 to 3000 a month.

What state are you in? Once we know your state, an agent can pipe in to give you more guidance.
If you buy a short term policy, you will still owe the penalty.
At your age, you can buy a catastrophic plan for probably $150-200/mo
Income is too high, and age is too young to qualify for much of a subsidy.

What state are you in?
What do you estimate your adjusted gross income to be for 2014?
As you are self employed, you file a 1040?
