Hi, I'm hoping to better understand the health insurance landscape, particularly plans offered to employees. I have some super broad questions about innovation in health contracts.
- Are there any trends in the typical forms of plans offered by insurers over the past few years (in terms of services offered, types of cost management, marketing etc.)? How often will the slate of plans offered by an insurer change?
- Are there any companies that are particularly innovative?
- Are there any features that used to be commonly offered in plans but are now seen as unprofitable?
