Insurance that Cuts Out the Agent????

So, I meet with a potential client that owns multiple apartment buildings wanting to get their property insurance.

He mentions that they deal with a company that gives him the best premium because the savings come from commissions us agents make.

Is there such a thing? Meaning, are there insurance agencies or insurance companies or an insurance marketplace that provide commercial insurance policies that provide these kinds of savings due to no commissions being paid to anyone?

Or am I missing something?

Usually the premium is the premium, but I am in an anti rebate state. Could be he's fishing for a kick back or could be true. Did you find out what company?

Could be some type of national association focused policy. See it on restaurants and franchises all the time. Or like LG says, fishing for reduced comm's or kickback. He wants a quote, go for it and do your best.
