Insurance with Maternity

Im residing in Michigan, trying to get individual insurance for my wife with maternity. other than BCBS none other insurnace company providing insurance. BCBS will fill-up application only when my wife have SSN number. but my wife came with H4 visa, based on US law for H4 visa they wont give SSN number other than ITIN number. but BCBS rep. not understanding what is a situation.
I dont know how to get insurance for my wife with maternity
did any one have any idea?

our company not providing group insurance. so we have to take individual insurance.

Only option for individual market in Michigan is BCBS. Private message me your contact information and I can see if we can put something together that will satisfy BCBS for your wife's situation.
