Has anyone ever heard of, used or is currently using Media Ping?

My wife uses them in her P&C agency. She seems to like it. It helps her reach out to customers who are on the late pay list, and also for positive messages like Happy Birthday, Happy Holidays, etc. There is also a nice please send referrals text.

The best part of this effort is that text is typically a media that is checked at a fast rate. Clearly faster than email, and likely faster than even calling direct since many people send callers straight to VM. Plus you don't have the human resource expenditure of making all of those calls.
