Is It Easy to Get Approved by Anchor General?

Does anyone know if you are just starting as a brand new broker looking to pick up companies the easiest ones to get approved by? Is Anchor General lenient about taking on new brokers? Also, do they run your social security number and look at credit as well? Any thoughts or comments will be appreciated.
