I know I'm impatient... its only been 7 months. Any comments on why you think the news / files are so slow in coming from CMS to the MCO's regarding " True Up" commissions.
It Seems Very Quiet on " True Up" Commissions from MCO's.

I got an email from Wellcare yesterday saying that are working "diligently" to get agents thier money and just waiting on the new list from CMS.
I saw that just more baloney. CMS encouraged the comapnies in Feb. to go ahead and make partial payments to agents and true them up later. I don't know of a single company that did that.
You can bet that Humana is working feverishly behind the scenes to change this latest decision by CMS.

So don't let up on the campaign...keep calling and writing from CMS to politicos to DOI. Otherwise....
