Lead for a Landlord Policy in NY

Some companies don't like to write stand alone landlord policies. It can depend were it is located in NY. What is the zipcode? The ones that do can be pricey. If this the only home you own you can get a cheap renters policy for you and then get a landlord policy. The two policys tend to be less together than the companies that write the standalone.
