I could have sworn that I'd read a thread about these guys on here before, but I can't find it now. If you manage to dig it up, a link would be great!

Live Leads: Live Lead Transfers & Calls

Anyone ever used the live transfer leads from these guys for health? Life? How about (I know this one is a long shot here) real estate?

I've used live transfers before (from Ramiz at Live Transfer Health Insurance Lead - Exclusive and at Wholesale), and I'm just wondering how these compare. I'm also curious about the pricing - I can't really find anything concrete on here, although I've figured out that they charge per-minute rather than per-transfer. Any thoughts?

I have used them for health insurance. It really depends on your list more than anything. Buying by the minute is definitely the way to go. Purchasing by the minute (depending on how much you purchase at once) should get you each transfer for under 2 bucks. You can increase or decrease the ammount of calls made per minutes. You will get very many transfers, and with the lists they supplied, I got 10-20% of the transfers that were actual leads. The VAST majority was people were upset with me, but again I believe it was my list. I used their small business list which was used and abused in my opinion because so many people were irate at being CONSTANTLY called with the same message. I'm not sure if you can get your own lists, but if you could, make sure you do. In total for the past 3 months I've spent 1,000 with them in 2- seperate 1 week spans. My ROI was much better with shared leads so I doubt I'll try voice broadcasting again.
Now about your real estate question, my friend is in the mortgage biz and he uses LRG all day and does well with a loan modification/foreclosure broadcast.

The last campaign we did with LRG was good; with an average lead price of $2.14 each. In a two hour spread we received 71 transfers:

38 were not on the phone when we answered. LRG said they hung up after they pressed 1. Must be some Seniors with lightning fast reflexes, since LRG claims to transfer the call with in 1 second.

11 were mad and wanted us to take them off the list.

10 were interested and we set appts.

6 wanted information mailed to them.

2 people were using the same direct transfer campaign; and wanted to sell me stuff.........

1 terminally ill patient; which in Arkansas we can not write.

1 was actually an insurance company for Property and Casualty.

1 was one of my agents mother; that just wanted to say HI!

1 was a woman thinking that we were bringing here a power chair from the "scooter store".

So out of the 71 we set 10 appts, and saw them last week. Out of the 10 appts:

3 were sold = 2300 in commission

5 did not have bank accounts; children wrote checks for them. (still have to follow up with the children)

2 thought that we were bringing them surveys to fill out to win a gift card (have no idea where they got this from).

Overall the experience was good. LRG is now trying to raise the price; even though we got a contract in writing indicating our special price, because of our volume of agents.

I'm having the same trouble with them not honoring the deal that was made. We made a deal whereby the agents could use them at $375 and not the $500 deal, but now they are saying that was only for the 1st time for each agent.
Live transfers should be an instrumental part of any agents final expense prospecting portfolio.

Make them do what they said they would do. Tell them if they don't honor what they told you that they would do, that you will tell others about it.

Most lead companies will bend on price, and some of you do large volumes.
