Leads 360 for Insurance Agencies with DIALER

Just spoke with a rep at Leads 360 after calling off of a drip email they sent me...

Went over their offering again and they rolled out a special insurance specific small business offering....here's what I was told...

1. Enhanced functionality for email marketing/ARs
2. Enhanced reporting and customization of reports
3. Some small scale 3rd party API integration without additional charges
4. Real time lead assignment based on custom protocols
5. Full use of their dialing tool

$300 set up
$240/month for 3 seats

I think I may jump all over that...

I've been using them for a couple of months and I'm very happy with their service. Just be sure to ask for a list of costs for all services. I don't know if it's intended but they did hard close me in making a decision within 24 hours of a presentation. I had pretty much already decided to use them prior to the presentation. I was given the price and signed up. I later determined that alot of the features we went over were a la carte at additional prices that weren't disclosed until after I had signed up.

Bottom line ... make sure you understand what your total costs are for all services you would like to use. They charge for each email sent through their system after a small allotment. They charge for calls through the dialer. They charge for extra storage. etc etc etc

All good points...I've got my list of questions ready to go...

salespeople are the easiest marks..

Yeah...that's why we all end up with cases NOT boxes of girl scout cookies....10 magazine subscriptions our kids/nieces/nephews etc are slanging...all that stuff....in the end lots of salespeople love to buy...

I was easy. I've dealt with so many crappy CRM systems and this one has really delivered what it promised ... just at a slightly higher cost than I initially anticipated.

Although I didn't care for the sales approach, the salesperson and management and support staff all seem to be solid people and the Leads System (CRM) is well worth the money for my operation.

The dialer itself is slick and they keep making improvements to it, it is only single line but I keep begging them to add multi-line calling on it for older lead statuses in a way that can be customized.

I also wish they could make it purely sip based so that it doesn't call you first, but that's probably asking a lot and not everyone would like it.

The guy I've been working with has been spot on...no pressure verbally...but then again I told him flat out as long as it priced within my threshold I was buying...however they did send over a PO that expires in 2 days...regardless...with the estimated dialer and email marketing usage of my crew we will spend close to the same money for a FAR better solution...

Their service team is top notch. They do what they say they're going to do, they try to fix problems, I can't think of anytime I ever had a problem with their software.

We used them on an enterprise level at a mortgage company here in Columbus I worked for and it really is a top notch solution. In fact that company is one of Leads360s case studies on their site and I was there for the roll out and implementation as a team lead and I know from first hand experience what it did for 150 loan officers. I'm glad they have a scalable solution priced in my budget.
