In my experience there is only one tried and true method...soliciting. There are a number of very useful threads on here about how to effective do it.
Ex-Date..
Build a list of companies in your area that you are competitive, call them during their hours of operation and tell them you specialize in insuring ABC, ask if they mind if you call them prior to their renewal for a quote. Build a list of people that say yes.
