Quick question for those who have used this company... do they have issues when it comes to keeping track of commissions properly?

Had some strange numbers pop up and just wanted to know. Not dragging them through the mud yet, but when I call a commissions department I like to have my questions answered and in a friendly way. Not my experience to day.

I hate to do business with companies that I feel I need to baby set on the commission side.

Mine has some wierd commission hold for lapses. 10% I think.

@NAF1138 had issues before. I don't track back end money enough to know outside of lapses.

I haven't used them yet, but the way they pay is different than most.

Their comp has always been odd... you get an increase based on your quality...

At least that's the IMO structured comp.
