If you are looking for guaranteed issue it doesn't matter about their health at all. Gerber or Great Western.

If you are looking for who takes Parkinson's with 1st day coverage there are a few. TransAmerica would be one.

If they have other conditions like needing help with activities of daily living that is a separate question and would be declined or graded over that.
