Likes and Dislikes of Current and Former IMO

My biggest dislike from former is offering me contracts that I can get myself going direct. Also thinking there way is the only way. I got news for you just like anything else things change.

Biggest likes from current just give me high contracts and leave me alone. Also understanding that there's more than one way to skin. Example: most large IMO think that DM and TM leads is the only way to survive in FE business. I would agree but sometimes people have different connections and sources.

Agents are like our burial insurance customers; they all have different needs and goals, and it is their job to pick the product that best reflects what kind of value they want.

Some agents are islands unto themselves and do not value relationships; others prefer the camaraderie of a captive group of agents.

Some prefer high contracts with no strings attached; others value guidance and mentorship.

The point is to figure out which group most accurately represents what you want to achieve and to work on doing business with them, and to move away from doing business with agencies that have values differing from yours.
