Does anyone know where to find this? Most are 2 years, but Missouri is only 1 year, and I know one is 3 years but can't remember.

You are probably thinking of suicide. I'm not aware of any state that does not have 2 years for contesting a policy. I'm also not aware of a state that goes beyond 2 years for suicide.

The default is two years. The following document shows states that are the exception and have 3 year contestability provisions:

The list covers disability insurance but I suspect that, where the 3 year periods apply, it would apply to other policies as well.
Some websites allude to 1 year periods but don't list any states or companies that have it.

I called the hotline once. Turns out it was outsourced to somewhere in the middle east. I got some guy on the phone who could barely speak English and when I told him I was contemplating suicide he said "Can you drive a truck"?
