Little Help?

Any chance anyone out here willing to assist with some tips for a new agent getting started in FE? I've been in mortgage for 20+ years but it's become such a slotting system/process that there's no art to the sale anymore.

I'm licensed in Cali and have been researching where to begin and from what I can gather so far is that there are no shortages of places to begin and I'm not into wasting a bunch of time. I see a lot of smart posts/responses in here so I'm hopeful some of you seasoned FE guys can point me in the right direction.

I'm in Norcal and prefer high volume phone sales but am not averse to the face to face where necessary. I have experience in Life Settlements so I'm comfortable with the demo. Simply looking for some advice from the guys that have been hustling in the industry long enough to know where not to start.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks in advance.
