Looking for a Good IMO for Med. Suppl. in PA

I am currently a 13 year independent financial planner/advisor looking forward to getting into the Medicare Suppl. insurance business. I have looked into the stats regarding the baby boomers and cannot ignore the numbers. Where do I begin? I can't find any Pennsylvania IMO's? What am I missing?
