Looking for info on Financial Services contract

I would like to speak with some agents regarding their contracts. I work for a major company that has just reduced our compensation for the 3rd time in 3 years. Looking to find out how competitive my contract is compared to the street. I was an independent for many years , but have not compared contracts in 5 years or so
