Im looking for a good Independent brokerage in Arizona. Currently I have my P&C license and been selling insurance for about 12years and I have some policies with my current brokerage, but now I want to leave the agency because there has been a few issues within the agency and im losing to much new business. I don’t want to open my own independent agency because I’m not selling enough home and auto to open a office and pay all the overhead. I just want to transfer my clients over to a new agency but still get the Commission % that I’m currently receiving.
