Most compliance professionals say they operate under significant stress, according to a new survey by the Health Care Compliance Assn. and Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics. Overall, 58% of the 970 survey respondents report that they often wake up during the middle of the night worrying about job-related stress. In addition, the report finds that 60% have considered leaving their job in the last 12 months due to job-related stress.
