LSW Commissions?

I am seeing one FMO/NMO site that only 50% of premium is commissionable and 75% on another, can someone clear this up for me. This is on the bonus products.

It is 75% on the Accumulater 5 product, the GLIR rider must be included. Roll up rate 7%-10yrs. guaranteed.
