LTC in a Foreign Country

Does anyone have experience with a client in the US owning a LTC policy and then leaving to live in a different country?

Should they keep the policy? Does this situation change their coverage?

I am sure I could call up a company and get these answers, I am hoping someone has experience.

Every carrier has different international coverage...and as a rule very limited, unless of course you have a cash plan. Suggest they read their policy.
