I have been able to find anonymous quote engines for term life, medicare suppliment, and final expense policies. (These can be used by consumers without identifying themselves--meaning it doesn't require accessing an agent's portal nor leaving personal information. Does anyone know of a similar quote engine for LTCi?

Yes - there is one.
It's Insurance Advisors - an agency run by Nick Hogan. He has an LTC quote engine - you need to contact them to get a username & passcode. I don't know if you have to contract with them or not to us the engine - I am because they help me in a market that is not my primary market - so I need the help. Plus, their office is right here in Columbus.

Because this is such a confusing subject, with so many moving pieces and options for discounts, it is unlikely that the average Joe Public would ever figure out LTC insurance from a quote engine. Whereas almost any air breather than figure out a term life quote.
That's also why some carriers like LifeSecure show their products as pools of money and not number of years......as most agents can't even explain LTC properly.
LTC shopping is not about who sells what for the lowest cost.....hence the lack of need for what you seek IMHO.

Can you provide me a link to a free, anonymous Final expense quote engine and medicare supplement quote engine that would be like what you are looking for, for LTC?
What do you want to use for, yourself or to send consumers there?
I don't know of any free, anonymous sites for medicare or final expense. Somebody pays something for the sites, or an FMO has place to run quotes for agents, not consumers.
LTC has these options available depending on which you prefer.
