Male 46 Smoker in Alabama - Need to Stack Some WL - HELP

Got another one case I could use some ideas on.


The main catch on this one is this guy is a BIG Dude. He is 6" 0" 420 pounds. He says his health is OK. He is a smoker. He takes a couple of meds for BP, but claims all else is OK. I told him we need to do WL. He understood. But he wants to try and get $100,000 of coverage

He is in Alabama. I am not, so I need more than one company that I can do a plan with that I can do through the mail and does not look at height and weight. I think American Continental is one, but need to find others. Any ideas?

Equitable will issue him up to 100k in alabama... i am licensed there and have written 100k policies before they preapprove on the phone. Not sure if they will give level or not i doubt it.
