Med Sup Lead in TN & GA Any Takers?

I just had a Medicare Supplement lead come through on my new site . They didn't list a state ( i need to fix the form to not allow that) but their zip code comes up Tennessee and the phone number comes up Georgia so take your pick .

This is the first lead I have gotten on my new site and I want to test the quality so I am giving it away free to One agent who is Licensed in Both states. Would like quality feedback after you follow up with the lead please
