I think they (New Era) only offers C, F, HDF and HDG now.
I don't know the rules for other states, but in KS they would have to offer Plan A as well, in order to offer any other plan.

When I see a discussion here about some carrier or another, if I am wanting to know if they offer anything in KS, my first level, quick check way, is to see if they offer a plan A here.

(And I did consider New Era for price stability before making my BFLIC HD purchase.)

All companies have to offer at least Plan A. That goes for every state... except Mass, Minnesota, and Wisconsin, which have their own plans.
