If you're having problems with MAPD plans or PDP plans and just can't get it taken care of or strightened out. You can call 1-800-Medicare (3 way call with client) and explain problem and then tell them you'd like to file a complaint. Medicare has 30 days to figure out what's wrong and correct the problem.
I'm having MAPD plans that are not releasing my clients even though they've enrolled and been approved by a PDP plan. I've had other problems with different companies as well. When a complaint is filed it usually speeds up getting it corrected.
