Hey I am looking at switching to Medicare pro due to customer service issues with agency bloc

Now what I am concerned about is phone service they use several different provider choices
and I was probably going to go with Phone.com the plan seemed good the pricing was decent and they offer a phone answering service

But then I was just going to compare to some of the other carriers and looking online I see warnings about their service bad call quality dropped calls and I am concerned I need good call quality

I also spoke with Intulse, they sound like they go it together more but they have a set up fee, Ok I can deal with that if they are much better, But my concern is they have a storage fee for call recordings, its like .12 per gigabyte, but I have no clue on what that actually translates to

I spoke to dialpad and they sounded terrible scratched them off, and zoom has the worst reviews,

Not sure if I want to go back to ring central, they were great at one time but then went downhill and I have not used them since 2015
However the phone quality was good

MP offers a free month of Phone.com using their discount code.

More than enough time to find out if you like it or not.

I'm using Phone.com and have no problem with it. Tried Dialpad first and it sucked.

Yes true but if I don't like it, it is a pain to move stuff

I have about 11 numbers to deal with porting and there is the 10ld thing they all want

Call quality is top important

I am full phone 100%

Ease of use is 2nd

However as far as their package they are the clear winner
But I am worried about the sound quality reviews unless I hear from several here that say otherwise with confidence

That would make me feel better about it

Yea I got on the phone with dial pad and it was horrible the sound quality just speaking to their rep was horrible

You saying you feel the call quality is really good?

You do a lot over the phone or mostly face to face ?

Maybe I can do a quick call and hear ?

actually not right now I have to leave the desk at the moment
but I would really love to see how it sounds

Call quality is excellent and I'm 100% virtual for Medicare.

I've had a great experience with Dialpad so far, far superior app to Zoom Phone I had before. I'm not married to it by any stretch so just curious what made it suck for you?

What does your telesales fe outfit recommend

What does your telesales fe outfit recommend

Why are you asking that for? they have nothing to do with this
In fact this is the systems I use for client communications and the only leads I work out of it are the high intent inbound mailers for Medicare
and for referrals

I use go high level for the other stuff
