MetLife Vs. AAA (CA)

i am looking into switching from AAA to another auto ins. Metlife offers lower price + additional features that my AAA policy does not. does anyone know how Metlife ranks in customer satisfaction? claim resolution? local availability? im not unhappy with AAA but it's pricy. thanks

They are about the same. Go where you save money. AAA, will try to get you back, next renewal.

Keep shopping with other companies for lower rates , mannycol, you may find something even better than Metlife. If you put in a little work, you can find a good company, a good local agent, and lower rates.
