MI P&C Life & Health - New Agent Advice Needed

Guys,

I am happy to find this website.I got license for P&C in April and for Life & Health in May. Starting first June I have already wrote 10 policies (Home&Auto)

I am searching on the net that you need 3 years to start your own Agency.
I cant wait that long and give away my commissions for free..I am planning to start my own in 1 year for now.
Bringing business is no issue for me.

Let me know if some experienced folks out here can guide me.

Whoa there fella. Are you working on the captive or independent side? It seems like you're implying that you're working for an agency? When you say start your own, are you talking about the same type of agency you're currently working in? If you can share some more information with us, people will be more able to help you.
