There are several ways of getting work, direct mail, advertising ads, marketing networking then there is internet. There are many companies that do all this for us, BUT who or what is the best lead source?

Depends on the agent, the product, and the area. Internet leads are really tough and probably the most confusing for new agents because they're overshared and there is a lot of fraud which results in a lot of bad leads.
