Mini Storage 2

Ok Forum,

I have the information on about 40 different mini-storage places around my town.

Is it better to try and meet with the owners in person or over the phone?

I feel like I have a better chance of presenting the information with an appointment, yet harder to get.

A better chance of not selling over the phone, but easier to get in touch with.

It's always easier to make a sale if you set an in-person appointment, assuming you know what you're talking about and won't get flustered if they ask questions you're unsure of.

Strap on the good shoes. I've met you in person - you come across as very intelligent and knowledgeable, and also very personable. Use it to your advantage! Hell, I met you to refer someone else to you, and now I'm buying renter's from you!

Unless the mini storage industry is very different in your state than mine - you wont get the opportuinty to meet many owners when you go walking by. They pretty much have live in managers and day labor running the desks.

The owners are off on a white sandy beach checking their online bank accounts and listening to their banker call them and say ..... "Mooooo"
