Minnesota & Wisconsin Claims Data

Hi everyone, I started out in CA where claims information was NOT reported to brokers and employers. Then wrote business in TX where claims information and analytics were reported in great detail.
I'm curious because I'm brand new to WI/MN/IL area and I am not familiar with the carrier reporting here. What kind of detail can I expect? Is there monthly reporting on claims with details, etc? If so, I'm also curious what types of analytics software everyone is using?

I haven't worked the employee benefit market in years . . . when I did my target was employers large enough to file a 5500. My resource was Judy Diamond. There are probably other sources now and this may not be what you want but check it out if you want.
