Mobile Applications - Survey

Dear Agents. I am a founder of a company that changes the way insurance agents service their clients. We create Acord and other applications that will be available from your mobile phone or mobile device such as IPad. My software developers and I are working to present the best product and I need your feedback.
a) Would you find this cervice useful
b) What Acord forms or what other forms or apps would you need available any time?
c) Is there anything (billing?) you would want to have access to?

Speaking for myself....
Filling out an accord form on a phone is pretty useless. I need access to my crm/quoting system which will fill out the accord form for me. An accord form, without access to other relavent data, isn't worth much.

Of course, I'm not one to try to do a lot of data entry on my iphone. Not bad to look something up or a quick check of email, but I won't spend an hour trying to fill out forms on it.

Oops, my bad. I thought you were referring to a cervix!

Is it really? I like sushi and all, but ceviche just seems so iffy.
