Got a call from a client. Wants a quote on his brother for $10,000 -$15,000 FE.

Age 53 Non-smoker
Diagnosed @ age 23 While in the army.
Is very active. Not on any meds.
On some kind of Disability. Not sure if it is SS.

Any suggestions?
