I've discovered that MOO's e-app does not support Mac operating systems. Are there any MOO agents who use a Macintosh operating system that have overcome this problem? If you know of a good compatability program I sure would appreciate your help. I'm going to check out Codeweaver's Crossover and see if it works. Just wondering what other people are using. Thanks a lot.

Are you talking about the i-Go apps or the E-App they've been using for a couple of years now for the medicare supplements?

The Med Supp e-app does work for Macs, or so my agents tell me, but the i-Go new applications are only working for Internet Explorer. We've all be using their E-apps on the Med Supp side with no worries.

As a matter of fact, they've changed the producer site tab for "Sales Tools" where everything in there (application downloads, etc.) can only be viewed with Internet Explorer... so Firefox, Chrome, etc. are not working there. Hopefully it's not a permanent issue.

I used Crossover for a while and hated it. Get Parallels, you'll be much happier in the long run.

Thanks. I'll check out Parallels.

Yep. I was looking at the I-Go. The E-App you are talking about works fine with my Mac. Thanks for the help Daytona Guy.
